Maddies Manga

A new shoujo manga will be starting in next month’s Dessert shoujo manga magazine!

This new manga will be called: ガキって言うな、俺を見ろ / Gaki tte Iu na, Ore wo Miro, and will be written by Emi Yonehara.

While there hasn’t been all that much information provided about the series as of yet, the author did let us get a taste on her X! This will be a romance series between a pair of childhood friends—she’s a university student, and he’s a bit younger than her.

While everything else about the series is up for speculation at this point, I’m already in love with the art and can’t wait to read! I get the feeling the two characters will have a sunshine x grumpy dynamic, but that’s just my prediction after stalking through all the available art.

Author Emi Yonehara’s previous series, ゆるめて、恋して、凛として / Yurumete, Koi shite, Rin toshite, also featured a slightly younger male lead! This series had a laid back, cheeky younger male lead x overachieving female lead dynamic. I recommend this one if you’re a fan of archery!
