Have you been keeping up with all the Glasses With a Chance of Delinquent anime related announcements?
Not long after the official announcement, we were gifted with some beautiful visuals to celebrate the anime. Doesn’t the art match the manga art style perfectly!?
The lefthand visual is referred to as the “yankee version”, while the right is the “heart-thumping version”.
A teaser PV was then created by ABC Animation. While it doesn’t show off any of the animation or the voice actors, we do get to see more character designs!

- Makoto Hoshino will be directing the anime. They’re known for their work on Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love 2000%
- Two animation companies will work in tandem on this project: Studio Flad and WAO World. WAO World is the studio behind the Ultra Maniac anime!
While the anime has been announced as a part of the 2027 line-up, it’s still unclear what season it will be broadcasted in. Fingers crossed for Spring!
